Cancellation Policy

At Linkifico, we are committed to ensuring a seamless coaching experience for all our clients. To reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time via email at [info@linkifico.com] or through your account dashboard. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we cannot guarantee availability. If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the session being marked as completed and deducted from your plan or package. Failure to attend a session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited. We understand emergencies happen, so if this occurs, please contact us promptly to discuss your situation. For late arrivals, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be forfeited and marked as completed. Refunds are not provided for unused or missed sessions included in subscription plans or packages. For standalone bookings, refunds are only issued if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. In exceptional circumstances, such as coach unavailability, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. Linkifico reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, with changes communicated via email or posted on our website.
